Redirect to another resource id

Hi!

I need help with a very simple issue. I need to create a snippet to redirect one resource to another resource...

Kind of:
[[!Redirect? &id=`id-of-the-resource`]]

I’m walking, walking, and can not do this. Possible a mistake in my code. I know that is very simple so if anyone could help me, I would be very much appreciated...
