Is this possible? I’ve been scratching my head for ages, so decided to see if someone more clever than me can help!
I want to have author pages on our website, and on those author pages just list their articles. This isn’t author in the MODx sense as I will be adding all articles - it would be a template variable.
Similarly I want to do the same for content areas. So if Joe Bloggs wrote about cars, then it would appear on the cars page and on the Joe Bloogs page based upon the template variables I’d set.
But I can’t seem to accomplish it. Looked into Ditto, but it doesn’t seem to support ’where’ conditions on template variables. Is it possible? Or is it possible another way?

Yep, that’s it.
You know I did come to that conclusion earlier, but couldn’t quite remember how I’d implemented them before and also wasn’t sure how I’d place them in a page on a predefined tag (rather than clicking a link with a tag name).
Of course 30 mins away from the problem, read your post, then of course... just took added &tags=`whatever` and voila that works great.
Thanks for steering me back... I’m going to blame a week off work for making me slower than normal.
