I need to support my non html users who need to add to a list of events that is displayed in a 4 col list format on a modx page. Currently I have them editing a page that uses tables. While it works, having them edit with tables is prone to error. While attempting to add rows for new items, they have deleted the whole table. Better approach of us is to have a simple way for them to submit an event with Date range, event title, location, and link to more info into mysql and then have modx somehow access that db on the fly as it builds the calendar page. Does a snippet? exits that fills the content portion of a web page up with a table created from a mysqul db?

I don’t know how to provide a complete solution for this issue but I know the use of TVs would be helpful in creating events without messing up the table.

I’m currently writing the snippet you need. I think it will be one or two weeks before I finish it though.
