I was asking for a link to your revo site.
I recently used CssPie to create html templates and everything worked as expected. Maybe you have a path problem

Hello, it works fine for me. I was got problem with border-radius: when i used PIE.htc my blocks were not displayed. When i set position:relative; and z-index:10000; it showed up. Next you can try: copy PIE.php to the same folder with PIE.htc and set behavior: url(PIE.php); in your css.

P.S. my PIE.htc and PIE.php in root of website
