    Server ??
    GoDaddy Linux Grid Hosting
    Apache (Not sure what version)

    MODx
    Revolution 2.0.4pl (GoDaddy’s Install Script)

FURLs work fine ("http://my.domain.com/puzzle_answer" works) , I have done the .htaccess change to add the NC with no luck
I have tried the PlugIn as suggested http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,39009.msg235246.html#msg235246 with no luck

    Example of what is needed...

    http://my.domain.com/PUZZLE_ANSWER/
    or
    http://my.domain.com/PuZzLe_AnSwEr/
needs to be the same as
    http://my.domain.com/puzzle_answer/

Any further help would be great...
I Also tried to find the TransAlias plugin but it does not show for my version sad

You could redirect everything to lowercase, using mod_rewrite rules or a plugin OnPageNotFound, but by default, the URLs are case-sensitive within MODx. The NC on the rewrite rules simply ignores the case of the request URI when matching patterns.

You could redirect everything to lowercase, using mod_rewrite rules

Ok I’m not savvy with using .htaccess could you give me an example please? Ok I have done some extensive searching and found a method for mod_rewrite that should work, however because of the GoDaddy Hosting it looks like mod_rewrite is not an option...

        # Force URL's to be lowercase
        RewriteMap lc int:tolower
        RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} [A-Z]
        RewriteRule (.*) ${lc:$1} [R=301,L]

The problem lies in the RewriteMap needs to be declared in httpd.conf to allow for the int:tolower map (Internal Function for appache)

So on to a simple plugin method?
As stated above I would like to just simply quietly redirect urls with CAPs to the lowercase url... The pages that have the issue are hidden pages on my server no outside links to the pages, so the user may type them in in just about any case...

So far I have had a great experience with MODx, other than this one issue sad
I changed from using SilverStripe due to a inability to load data for a page from a file, rather than having to actually enter it in the CMS editor... I have a set of pages that is Generated by a Program on my home system and uploaded via robot to a file on the server... this data changes daily and because of the amount of text it takes to long to even copy and paste to the editor everyday sad Also they seem to have really stalled on the coding of "features" and are working extra hard on creating the "Themed Look" of the front end, I might add that everyone just changes the theme to something else so why waste so much time on the Front End theme, why not work on the back end and features... You guys have done a great job on MODx

Now if I could just get this one little part working I’ll be back up 100%
