I have site with 41000 pages and cache file is 5mb< that’s why manager doesn’t work when siteCache.idx.php exists. When I delete siteCache.idx.php manager works fine.
I think the best idea is to disable all cahing. Am I right? Or maybe there are other solves?

MODx Evolution is not designed to handle more than about 5000 Resources with any kind of efficiency. There are several efforts underway to address the caching issues, but no official support for this in Evolution at the moment.
