Could you point me please to the right direction?
I need to output introtext for one page (say, ’About me’) on another page (say, on my site’s frontpage)? There is only one ’About me’ page and I know id of it.
The idea is to put on the frontpage a few words about myself and a link that points to whole ’About me’ page. I like that idea as I can edit both introtext and page’s content inself on the same page.
I believe the solution is simple, yet I won’t figure out the way to do that. ModX version is 1.0.4 (that is a simple site and 1.x branch looks more suitable for it)
Thank you in advance!
Thanks a lot!
GetField is something I wasn’t able to find and something that helped me so much!
Thank you again for pointing!
