Offline Template

Hi Modx’ers

Im wondering if its possible to have a template while I’m working on my site. When I set it to offline, it says that ’we are working on the site right now, come back later.’

But... Is it possible to have an image saying that, instead of text? Or even better, a template?

I assume you are working in Revo.
Somewhere in the Settings there is an entry where you can
indicate a resource/document/page to go when the site is offline...

so you would create the document, put its number on the setting and
then when you put the site to offline, that page will be shown.
You can add anything you want to that page...

Hi, thanks for the answer. But yeah I forgot to say that I’m working in Evo, so yeah how?

Same thing in Evo, there is a config item to put the ID of a resource you want displayed when the site is marked offline:

System Settings > Site tab > Site unavailable page

It’s located right underneath the radio button for setting the site online/offline

OMG! I can’t believe I havent noticed that! Anyway, thanks alot guys!
