Hiding code from clients, Best Practice?

How do you hide the code for Chunks and snippets from the client when they log in to the manager. What is best practice?

Are you using Evo or Revo? Can speak to Evo, but not so much Revo. I believe that the approaches are different.

In Revolution, you put the elements you want to hide into a category and protect that category with an Element Category Access ACL entry. The elements then become invisible to the client.
