Gallery module for revolution some questions...

i switched from evo to revo so i need maxi gallery replacement ... i tryed on two sites this http://modxcms.com/extras/repository/packages/?tag=Gallery&repository=10 gallery ... first time i installed it on revo 2.0.2 , seccond time on revo 2.0.4

first time gallery worked fine here in backend http://assets.modxcms.com/modx-repos/10/642/gallery-backend.png but when i called TV in a resource like here http://assets.modxcms.com/modx-repos/10/642/gallery-crop-ss.png i choosed an image but didn’t showed up .. i tryed .jpg, .png .gif ..in diferent sizes ..

today i tryed this gallery on revo 2.0.4 and when i uploaded images i thumbnails didn’t show up ... i could uplad various images, but in gallery view from first screenshot i don’t see any thumbnails or preview of the image ... then i tryed a TV on a resource .. i clicked on choose image .. i selected an empty frame because there are no thumbnails .. selected image showed up in TV view but image was very narrow with a scrollbar ... i had my browser at full screen but that image was only cca 150px wide with a scroller ..

what can be the problem ?

i tryed gallery on two servers... two simmilar but different problems:

On the left:
I can normaly upload images ... thumbails images are shown in backend (top-left example) but when i select one image using gallery TV i can’t see that image (bottom-left example) .. if i use the scroller for resizing image i see a frame of the image for a seccond (empty frame like image is missing)

On the right example:
after i upload images i can’t see thumbanils (top right example). When i try to add an image to a resource using gallery TV i also don’t see thumbails, but if i select an empty thumbnail i can seee that image .. but in very narrow holder (right bottom example)
