Java Exploits with a modx website

    How can I fix this exploit ? Looks like my website has been compromised, and I would like to fix the exploit, so it does not happend to other users ?

      From what I can think, it looks like something along these lines -> http://krebsonsecurity.com/2010/04/unpatched-java-exploit-spotted-in-the-wild/. My website is def. compromised. When I went on it (didn’t have the Java Patch yet), Java Application started, tried to install something, then Kapersky found it, blocked it, and from what I remember correct, I was being redirected to a .co.uk domain.
