Hi, this is the third day i m trying to find out solution to this problem so i decided to try find help here.
my info:
modx evolution 1.0.4
system: Linux opus29 2.6.32.3
php: version 5.2.5
Apache/2.2.14 (Unix)
sql server v.: 5.0.60sp1
(also tried different versions (but older) of php and mysql)
hosting:nominalia - linux starter pack
Also tried to install it on free hosting and went fine, without any problems so its not my fault( i hope
).
Problem:
First install
After I loaded all the files to server i went to index.php in main folder, surprisingly it dont show nothing like normaly that modx is not installed. ( just mentioning this if can have some connection with problem )
So i went directly to install folder, then selected language (spanish) i set the DB connection and all worked fine, absolutely no errors during installation. Everything should work but it is not, front end is blank (no headers, nothing) and if trying to connect to manager it just throw js popup with name of domain and rest of the window is empty. So i click "ok" and after that if i reload the page it goes in to the manager. So i decided to reinstall.
Second install
Reseted all, created new database, deleted and reuploaded files. When installing this time i choosed english, and with english dont even let me pass the first connection to database setup, when i start the installation in spanish it works normally.
Everything went fine but after the install the same problems are occuring.
Any suggestion where is the problem please ?
Or what should i write to support to change so the modx will work.
