Missing QuickEdit was kicked around a lot in another forum. But the bottom line is to find a simple method for technically challenged users to create and edit content. Does anyone have a suggestion other than using the Manager? I’m thinking maybe something like have them create and publish in Word, Publisher, Pages, whatever, and a binding to that content from the resource document.
I have been reading and posting in the forums about adding Quick Manager or Quick Edit for revolution.
The response has pretty much been that it is not important enough right now, but may be in the works and/or some should do it themselves if they want it that bad.
I would make it happen if I could, but for the meantime I am sticking to Evolution because of it, and some photo gallery reasons as well.
If your client requires it, build them a site in Evolution. Remember, Revolution isn’t a replacement for Evolution (as I understand), they are better or worse than each other based on your needs.

My "client" does not pay me - it’s a nonprofit and I’m volunteering the web site development. I’m just looking for an easy way for others to contribute but I’m not going to redevelop the whole site in Evolution because of that.
Well I hear you on that non-pay/non-profit.
Then you just need to train them a bit on Revolution’s manager as far as I know it’s at.
