I know this is a very small usability flaw but for me this is getting very annoying.

To prevent a mouse-arm I’m not using a mouse. I use a Bamboo Tablet with a pencil. This pencil has 2 buttons and one of it is a configured button named ’Middle Click’ and/or ’Pan/Scroll’. However for some reason the MODx backend will not allow me to use this button while any other site do allow me to use this.

Can I activate this click somewhere? or does it have a purpose why its deactivated?

      Hi,
      This may not help, but...

When I’m using my laptop without a mouse I have slight difficulty with scrolling within the document tree. What helps me in the manager interface is to single click somewhere on the tree. That puts focus on that frame, then I can scroll the tree items pretty well. Something to try, anyway. As I recall, these are iframes in Evo, and I think these often have scrolling issues.

I’m not super experienced with Revo, but looking at it right now, the manager seems totally refigured. Possibly no iframes at all. It might scroll more easily, with more types of hardware.

      Good luck, Dave

Hi, Thanks for your input! I was able to scroll with the middle click in Evolution, I only have this problem with Revolution. Seems like its configured - javascript wise - to be disabled. Also it doesn’t matter what section of the site but it just wont allow me to use it.
