Help needed with security issue

This problem regards security in Revolution. I’ve created a container resource and am trying to add a document under the container. I’m in the Administrator group which has web and mgr access to the resource group containing the container document. I can create a document with parent=0 and move it to the container. But when I right-click the container document and select to "Create a Document Here" I get the following error:

You do not have permission to create a Resource in this location

Seems like a bug. Why can I create a document in the root and move it to the container yet cannot create a document directly in the container?

In System Settings/Authentication and Security there is a option with key "udperms_allowroot"

Do you want to allow your users to create new Resources in the root of the site?

Maybe setting this option to "yes" helps?

Sorry...just read your post again and saw that you don’t want to create a Resource in the root. So ignore my post
