[SOLVED] MODx Revo login not working after moving to live domain?

Hi guys,

First revo site (be gentle!)
Just pointed the live domain to our development site.
Everything appears fine front end however manager is not working as some of the css and script files still reference the development url:

http://blahblah.com/~development/

The /~development/ is showing up in the html, however I have cleared the site cache and searched the DB settings table.
Can’t find where revo sets this?

In here there were paths set that needed to be updated!
