      manager/includes/config.inc.php

Once you have that working, log in to the Manager and go to the Configuration. In two places you’ll need to edit the path and URL for your site. In Interface and Features, you’ll need to edit the path and URL for the resource browser used by TinyMCE and some TVs, such as image TVs. In the File Manager tab you’ll need to edit the path for the MODx manager’s File Manager (Resources -> File Manager).

Make sure to clear your cache before making the move. You probably should also clear the System Events log and the Manager Actions log (both in Reports). But the latter two aren’t really vital, just keeps the database dump minimal.

Watch out for database inconsistencies, for example in database character set and collation.

        Hi sottwell,

As you told me in last post to change the url and path of the website.

Let me explain you the whole thing agin.

I took a back up of the website. I have installed this website is on another domain. The old domain path was http://www.aisec.headman.in and the new path is http://www.aiesec.impress.co.in

The website is working i have created a database, database username and database password and i have changed these setting in the config file.

First thing is in the Back end when i am saving the changes in Resource path i am getting these warnings as you can see in attachment. But the resource path has changed.
Secondly at the front end navigation the link on the navigation is still the old one like aisec.headman.in but it should be http://www.aiesec.impress.co.in

Please assist me where is the thing is missing.

        Thanks in advance.

You need to change the permissions in the assets/cache folder and its files so they can be written/deleted by MODx as necessary.
