My client can not upload simple .jpg files. I have no problem at all doing it, but when i remote control his computer I can see he gets an error saying Error, "Disallowed filetype" - but it’s just a .jpg file.
Is he using a different manager user? Go to his manager user editing page, and the User tab. Check the allowed file types there; the checkbox for "use system defaults should be checked.
