Maxigallery image upload - help

Hello

I’d like to know how I can simply reduce the number of upload image fields (currently 10) in the maxigallery manager to just 1?

I’d also like to know if the delete checkbox can be removed.

I have a photograph competition page where web users can upload their 1 photo entry to the same gallery. I dont want users to be able to delete other users uploaded images...

You could try this:

Open the file assets/maxigallery/maxigallery.php

On or around line : 178

$mgconfig[’upload_field_count’] = (isset($upload_field_count)) ? $upload_field_count : 10; // [ number ]

change the count number!

scratch that, sorry. that first fix would be a way but not a good one.

use the parameter in your maxi snippet call:

&upload_field_count=`1`

Yeah for sure. Most of what I have learned about modx has been through forums... and a little from the documentation of course.
The search feature isn’t always great through the forum site, but through google search, I usually get brought to the appropriate post within the forums.
