Cached and non-cached snippets

Thought I’d share this as it took me a while to figure it out:

While migrating an availability calendar component I wrote for Joomla to MODX, I noticed that the calendar was not updated as I clicked the navigation buttons under the calendar which allow the user to browse through the months. This was caused by the "CalculateDisplayedMonths" snippet. As I used the [[snippet]] syntax MODX used the cached results in stead of recalculating the months on display every time the user clicked "next" or "previous". When I used the [[!snipet]] syntax it worked a charm...

Subtle but important difference...
