Btw, I have a quick question though, do you know any open source web erp software other than weberp? I know vtiger/sugarcrm, but I’m looking for a combination for both ERP & CRM.

There is not a lot of choice in ERP space. You already name all of them. The only one I might add are knowledgeTree, CivicCRM, and knowledgeStorm (not free)

Sound like vtiger and WebERP are very good! well! may be SugarCRM, CivicCRM, or perhaps KnowledgeTree.
