TinyMCE is apparently not loading anymore. There’s no RTE/toolbar. TinyMCE shows in "Editor to use" dropdown at bottom of "Edit Resource" window. It’s enabled in site config, not overridden in user settings, and user is set to use TinyMCE with global themes.
When I try to edit from Manager or Quick Manager I get the following error in Internet Explorer 8, though TinyMCE doesn’t work in Safari either:
