I have a friend who is loading a secure page for donations in an iFrame that peeks through to the https page.

The URL is shown as HTTP and he’d like to know how to make it HTTPS. I have no idea (never having used either iFrames or HTTPS) so I thought I’d ask.

      hi,

too bad, i don’t think it’s possible to have the parent page url look like an https one if it’s formerly called with http protocol... that would mean the url changes on the fly depending on the iframe content

actually, assuming he has an ssl key, the only way for him to do that would be to call the main page with https protocol too what should not be a problem

not 100% sur of that but nearly 99,9... smiley
