    <p>[+MailChimp.message+]</p>
    <form method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]">
    <label>First Name: <input type="text" name="mc_FNAME" value="" /></label>

    <label>Last Name: <input type="text" name="mc_LNAME" value="" /></label>

      <label>Email: <input type="text" name="mc_EMAIL" value="" /></label>

      <label>Website: <input type="text" name="mc_URL" value="" /></label>

      <input type="submit" name="subscribe" value="Subscribe" />
      </form>

      use a css class for your form like ’frm-mailchimp’ for instance - then move the label closing tag before the input field - in css you’d set a with for your label, show it inline and set a clear-left.

      <form class="mailchimp" method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]">
      <label>First Name:</label><input type="text" name="mc_FNAME" value="" /><br />
      <label>Last Name:</label> <input type="text" name="mc_LNAME" value="" /><br />
      <label>Email: </label><input type="text" name="mc_EMAIL" value="" /><br />
      <label>Website:</label> <input type="text" name="mc_URL" value="" /><br />
      <input type="submit" name="subscribe" value="Subscribe" />
      </form>

                  are you using a stylesheet for your page - have a look at your page template - it should be included there in the head section

                      Look in the template. In the head section there will be a <link rel="stylesheet" ... /> that will have the location of the stylesheet. There may even be more than one.
