Can I add the ModxHost "Sample Site" to modx Evolution without reinstalling?

I would like to install the Sample Site to my Modx installation because it gives me things I need like rollovers, contact form, and the search already set up. Is there a way to install it into my existing admin or do I need to reinstall the Admin to pull the "Sample Site" in?

if you’re working with revo, you can simply install the sample site with the package manager

Working with Evolution. Can I do the same? There is no Package Manager in Evolution.

no, but i think you could do this launching an install as an upgrade. Just be aware it would erase your existing datas
