    Hi,

I have a site running on my development server no problem. I have moved the site to the clients live server and am unable to login to the manager section. I enter the username and password and nothing happens. I then add index.php at the end of /manager url and can access the manager section but am presented with the following error message:

error replacing into active users! SQL: REPLACE INTO `databasename`.`modx_active_users` (internalKey, username, lasthit, action, id, ip) VALUES (1, ’admin’, ’1694472154’, ’2’, NULL, ’1.2.3.4’) INSERT,DELETE command denied to user ’user’@’servername’ for table ’modx_active_users’

I have exported and imported the database content several times but am still getting the same error. The host has checked that the database user has full access to the database but I still cannot get the site to work. The site is using MODx version 1.0.2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Mark

According to that error, the database user does NOT have insert and delete permissions, at least not for that table.

        Hi Susan,

Thanks for the prompt response. That is exactly what I thought, which is why I asked the hosting company to double-check the permissions granted on the user.

Will get them to check again now.
