Can I make my portal white labeled?

I w’d like to Install Modx .Before I started use it ,I want to know If Can I edit the footer links.

Can I make my portal as fully white labeled ?

Is it against terms and conditions ?

What footer links? In the template provided by the demo installation? Do whatever you want with it. As far as I know, the only thing that should be left alone is the notice under the Manager login form, and that can be styled to be very unobtrusive. Just don’t go around telling anybody that you developed the whole thing, and nobody’s going to be pointing any fingers.
