Permission denied for deleting a file in the file_manager

Permission denied when trying to delete a file that i just added in the file manager.

User belongs to UserGroup that has a Context Acl Policy that contains the ’file_manager’ permission.

Not sure how i can add a file but not delete it.

I was using http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/revolution/Permissions+-+Administrator+Policy as a reference, but it appears that quite a few permissions are missing from this list that exist in the default Administrator Policy.

file_remove is one of them
