Not sure where to post this and haven’t found the info anywhere. So, here goes:
What do you guys do if you are building a new site for a client and they have a current CMS and they don’t want to switch hosts? What have you found to be most efficient. I thought originally of setting up MODx in a folder and then moving the files when complete, but that will require changing a few pathways. Then I figured others have done this and know the best way. Any suggestions or pitfalls to avoid?
