Importing... what are my options?

I may be obtuse, but I can’t see any obvious resourcse for importing into MODx. Are there any?

I have an eye on importing some old static text files, and some Wordpress blogs, into one huge glorious MODx empire. But just some basic info on where to start would be welcome.

Thanks!

Haven’t played with it myself but for your static files i guess you could do something with the ’Import Resources’ and/or ’Import HTML’ under the tools menu.

For migrating from Wordpress maybe this could come in handy:
