I have created my resouces but neglected to place them in alphabetical order which is what I want to do now so they show up proper in the nav menu. How do I go about this as I don’t see any buttons or tabs to move them up or down?

If you’re using revolution, just drag and drop them.

You can also specify the sort order with the Wayfinder parameters sortBy and sortOrder.

In Evo, you can reorder resources in each "branch" of the tree easily using the DocManager module. Or, you can manually edit each resource and change their menuindex. Both the tree and Wayfinder order by menuindex by default.

Sorry I keep forgetting there are two versions of Modx. I’m using Evo 1.0.4. I couldn’t figure out how to use the docmanager so I manually changed the order. Thanks for your replies.

In the DocManager module, use the Sort Menu Items tab. In the Tree, click on the parent of the branch you want to sort, and you’ll get a list of the items under that parent. Just drag-and-drop into position, then save. It doesn’t move from one parent to another, it just re-orders a single level at a time.
