Can you disable the "Manage Files" in MODx Evo?

Can you disable the "Manage Files" in MODx Evolution? I’ve created a manager user and I want to disable his "Manage Files" feature so he won’t mess up the files. is this possible?

That’s what "roles" are for. Create a new Role with the abilities you want, and assign your user to that role.

Roles are for what a manager user can do, groups are for what resources or elements he can do it to!

Thank You Susan
