My web hosting supplier has recently upgraded their servers, and now one of my clients are saying that they are getting the attached error - it is a parse error. My client said that modx told her that "The error message you’re getting is telling you that the username/password for the MODx database is not correct, so either the host changed the database name, username, and/or password or forgot to move the MODx database.". I have changed config.inc to the new database details, but my client is still getting the parse error. I have double checked that the database details are correct, and they are correct. Can someone please tell me how I can solve this problem for my client? Thanks in advance.

That error has nothing to do with the database. Uploaded files can’t be moved to the specified folder because new security settings on the server don’t allow it.
