When editing a plugin (Elements -> Manage Elements, the Plugins tab), open the System Events tab. The OnWebPagePrerender event is in the first block of checkboxes.

That’s for Evolution (1.0.4), if you’re using Revolution that’s another matter.

        Hi,

With Revo, click on the plugin (in the Elements tab) to edit it, then in the tab "System Events" it’s the last one, at the bottom of the page...
        Cheers
