retrieve mail

I have a problem.

Someone has sent a mail via the new website. However the formreport tpl wasnt correct and so all the values haven’t been sent.

Is there a way to retrieve the lost data? With the logbook or something. Or is this email lost?

sorry to say that if the mail hasn’t been sent, too bad, yes, it’s lost... nothing to do with modx, just the way things are serverside...

to avoid that kind of problem
- first do not publish mail sending page without testing it heavily before...
- insert the sent mails into a db as a backup or an history, but, well testing it too before putting that in prod
