I would really appreciate some help if anynoe could spare a sec.
Basically, while I was developing a site for a client in a testing domain and when it was ready to go live, I copied the site via ftp into the new domain, cleared the cache and everything was working fine.
UNTIL i went to use the image uploader when I found out it wasnt working. In firefox, it wont show any of the images I uploaded, and when I go to create a new folder, it tells me I don’t have the correct permissions to create a folder.
I checked that all of the directories have write access and also changed the default path for the file manager to that on my server and still no luck.
I know all the images are there, its the same database and identical to the test domain, but still no joy.
Some help here would be really appreciated - I’m sure its somethign small, but its driving me mad and I have a client breathing down my Neck!
Cheers
Blake

You need to fix the path in the Configuration, in the Interface and Features tab. The path in the File Manager tab only applies to the Manager’s file manager (Elements -> File Manager). The settings in the Interface and Features tab apply to the resource browser.
Darn it, I knew it was something simple like that.
I’ve even done that before now i think about it!
Still spent a few hours getting frustrated about it...
Thanks for your help anyways, very much appreciated.
