Hi hotdiggity, sottwell.
I did a quick re-install just to eliminate any other possible causes - this time with the
Sample Site included. Strangely, the images on that seem fine! (check here:
http://www.worldimpactcentre.com/index.php?id=1).
BUT, the \"\" is still shows up on TinyMCE-inserted images.
No extra coding has been added on my end.
So, as suggested I added a
php.ini file into both the root and manager directories with the line
magic_quotes_gpc = Off but now I get this error:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 1375 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /home/worldimp/public_html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 60
Fatal error: session_start() [<a href=’function.session-start’>function.session-start</a>]: Failed to initialize storage module: files (path: ) in /home/worldimp/public_html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 60
Looks like some kinda security counter-measure, so I guess this way’s a no-go.
Is there anything I could add/adjust on the server end? I have full access to the cpanel admin page fyi.
