How do I add Google Maps/Places in ModX

I’ve added Google Map listing for the various locations my company has but the maps won’t display. I’ve used the GoogleMaps Snippet in addition to actually pasting the information from Google Maps on the page. Still it hasn’t worked. Does anyone know of a way to add Google Maps for specific locations that will work and appear in ModX 1.0.4?

How to add several points (more then 10) on the same map?

Is there any way to add more visible text, than text of street adress from title? For example right from the adress write comment without linking to google map marker?
