Multiple webusers at once

I need to create some 900 webusers. Is it possible to get this done automatically somehow?

I don’t know how your PHP/MySQL skills are, but you could write a script to make the data directly. http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/API:DBAPI:insert

Are you migrating from something like Wordpress to MODx? If so, there’s supposed to be a snippet somewhere to hover your data over. Like http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=42534.0 - although I’m not too sure if that’s the right one.

Also found this post on DevTrench: http://www.devtrench.com/first-impressions-of-xpdo-wordpress-to-modx-migration-tool/ It shows necessary scripts to make use of xPDO to migrate from Wordpress to MODx. You need to use MODx Revolution in order to use that one.

PHP skills are oke. Let them sign up themselves is nog possible i am afraid. We have to migrate from another existing system and use the same info. Thanx for the tips, look promising, gonna look into them a little further tonight.

Don’t forget the web_groups table as well; logging in doesn’t accomplish much without being assigned to a group or groups.
