problems with package manager. MODx Revolution 2.0.0-rc-2 rev6923

    Now, I am presuming there is a problem with cURL (which is installed) or something like that?

    can anyone shed any light on thiS?

      Definitely sounds like the curl configuration is not functional. If you are sure it is, we’ll need additional details from your environment to assist.
