menu buttons without writing in manager after instaling modx evolution 1.0.3

I can’t see buttons names in the main manu and the small buttons names in the My Modx Site module in the manager. "Log out" in the top wright corner is also invisible. I have just instaled my modx. What should I do?

Thanks!
