Links not working in child pages

Hello.

I am trying to add links to a page in my sub menu.

The problem I’m having is when I add the link it adds the parent page name into the link whether I like it or not.

For example I want it to be www.site.com/downloads/my.pdf but its adding www.mysite.com/PARENT-PAGE/downloads/my.pdf

Any ideas on how to stop this. I’m trying to add 35 pdf links.

in your pages head and then your links looking like

I’m guessing that in Tools | Configuration you have "Use Friendly Alias path" turned on. Try turning it off.
