Grab all Resources with TV = X

If there are really many of them and you need to do the searching often, it may be a good idea to store them into an seperate table for faster sql-collecting and counting like that:

color,resource_id
red,25
green,25
blue,45
yellow,46
red,46
green,46

Not a lot, about 15. So its 16 queries (which is less than a naked typo 3 site)
