Error while edition document on fresh installation [modx 1.0.3]

  After I install fresh Modx Evolution v 1.0.3 i got an error when i want to edit a document: "ManagerManager: An error has occurred: TypeError - D.set is not a function" What does it mean? I even reinstall modx and nothing helps.

  Try disabling ManagerManager >Elements>Manage Elements>Plugins>ManagerManager and tick "Plugin Disabled" until somebody offers an answer.
  Mostly harmless.

  I dont know why but it starts to working by itself
