Newspublisher snippet where is it?

I have a copy of the Modx book and it makes use of a snippet called "newspublisher?" for one of the tasks - only trouble is i cant find this snippet anywhere. Its not installed as default with the revoloution package and i cant find it in the extras section!

Any ideas where i can find this snippet?

thanks,

al
