I’m currently playing with PHPthumb for MODx and have noticed image using blank spaces within their files names are course either error message or are not processed by the image resize snippet/plugin. All image titles should of course contain no blank spaces, however with clients unfamiliar with this standard I foresee many issues involving missing images. As such is there any way to automatically remove blank spaces in url’s used to refer to uploaded media.

I think it’s way better to teach client:
- For special characters use only - (dash) and _ (under score)
- Use lower case english
- Use NO space.
And use this as TV description for example.
