              Hello,

We shall apologize for the downtime we had yesterday. It was on two of our servers some servers and the reason was an issue with the power circuits and a further lost of an UPS. Although this wasn’t a data center downtime or a network downtime, we consider this as the first company’s service outage within the last 1,366 days (they were 1,365 yesterday).

Please once again accept our apology and contact the customer support providing a link to tick thread. We shall provide you with 1 free month of hosting service.

Thank you! We appreciate your business!

Well that’s a nice reaction! I’ve played with servers and network infrastructure enough to know that it’s impossible to never have a problem. The thing that separates the good ones from the bad ones is not so much their uptime (which is usually in the high 90% range for just about all of them) but how the inevitable is handled. I’d say this is a good one cool
