New User Identifier on Login Chunk?

Why when you use the demo for Modx is there a login asking for user name and login but gives no link for New User?

I am working on my basic template and wanted to use this chunk but wanted to have a link or box where someone could indicate they are a new user.

Is there already a chunk such as this available or would I need to make a link that forwards them to the form signup?

thanks for any help

Add a link to the weblogin tpl to a signup page. On that page use the WebSignup snippet.
