Friendly URLS won't work after reading the examples and friendly url topic

I run apache 2.x with mampro on OSX

I have this in my .htaccess
and set all friendly url options in the manager to On
I use the multisite setup
But can’t get friendly urls to work with this .htaccess:

Anything Im missing out?

You’ll have to provide at least what version of MODx you are using and what examples you are referring to.
