I’m totally new to CMS although I’ve built web sites with html and css.
I’m installing Revolution. The instructions for installing Modx don’t match what I see after ftp to my site.
It says create a config.inc.php in "manager/includes"
There is no manager/includes directory after the ftp of the Modx files to the server.
I haven’t yet created another MySQL database for Modx yet. But that part I can do.
I’m installing both Modx and Joomla on separate subdomains on my site so I can play with them.
Joomla I have installed, but can’t get Modx to work because I can’t find "manager/includes" to put a config.inc.php file into.
Are the instructions the same for all versions of Modx?
Is there an instruction manual for Modx?
